ARTICLE I

The products and services offered by Hyfilgreen should not be considered legal or professional advice, and are intended for personal use only.

Hyfilgreen cannot be held liable for any financial loss or unsatisfactory results. 

ARTICLE II

Developing a business can be very profitable, but it can also involve financial risk.

By subscribing to the products/services offered by Hyfilgreen, or by visiting the website, the customer acknowledges that Hyfilgreen cannot be held liable for any financial risks inherent in developing or operating a business.

Coaching provides guidance only. The client remains fully responsible for implementation.

Hyfilgreen cannot, under any circumstances, guarantee the success or profits of its customers and cannot be held liable for any financial loss.

Access to digital products is granted immediately after purchase.

ARTICLE III

The Hyfilgreen customer agrees not to take any moral or legal action against the site should their personal financial results be unsatisfactory.

Hyfilgreen disclaims all liability for any damages incurred as a result of using any Hyfilgreen product or service.

Hyfilgreen is a German company located at Dr. GMM Engineering Solutions, s. Ingenieurbüros of Dr. Gelase Mbadinga Mouanda, Seepfad 35/1; 74343 Sachsenheim, Germany.

Hyfilgreen is a company incorporated under German law.

ARTICLE IV

By joining, Clients agree to act in good faith and refrain from harmful or defamatory statements.

Disparagement is defined as publicly discrediting the company, its products, or its services.

Hyfilgreen reserves the right to take legal action against anyone who posts comments that could harm the company.

Hyfilgreen processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)

ARTICLE V

All course materials, videos, and content remain the intellectual property of Hyfilgreen. The client is strictly prohibited from copying, distributing, or reselling any content without Hyfilgreen signed permission.

Access to the platform is strictly personal and must not be shared.

Hyfilgreen reserves the right to terminate access without refund in the event of misuse, fraud, or violation of these terms.

ARTICLE VI – GENERAL REFUND CONDITIONS  

This article applies to all products and services marketed by Hyfilgreen. If a product or service is not mentioned in one of the articles above, the customer should refer to this article.

Hyfilgreen will issue a full refund for the purchased program if the customer requests it within 14 days of the transaction date and only if no Coaching Session with a Coach or Hyfilgreen member has been used.

This request must be sent by email to gelase@rpn-academy.com.

If the refund request is not made within the aforementioned timeframe, Hyfilgreen reserves the right not to reimburse the customer. Furthermore, if the customer subscribed through installment payments, they must make all remaining monthly payments.

If the refund request is made after the customer has used a Coaching Session with a Coach or Hyfilgreen member, NO REFUND will be granted. Once a Coaching Session with a Hyfilgreen Coach has taken place, the service is considered delivered and all sales are final.

If the client chooses to join through installment payments, they must make all monthly payments in full.

Deposits paid to reserve a program or service are non-refundable.

In the event of a refund, the member area and any services the client has accessed will be immediately deactivated.

Refunds are processed within 30 days of receiving the refund request.

After the 14-day cooling-off period, the client is liable for all remaining monthly payments.

All prices are in EUR and may include applicable VAT.

 ARTICLE VII

These Terms and Conditions were last updated on March 30, 2026.

Hyfilgreen reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time and without prior notice. 

ARTICLE VIII – APPLICABLE LAW 

The visitor or Hyfilgreen member agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the company's registered office. 

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany.
Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Stuttgart.

ARTICLE IX 

Non-Change of Positioning Clause 

Once the coaching team has received the files (questionnaires) related to your service/company and the coaching funnel has been built, please note that it will be impossible to change your positioning to another market. This change must be requested within 72 hours of the coaching team receiving the documents.  

Follow-up Procedures After 3 Months of Support  

After the initial 3-month support period, follow-up to our services will only be available through the following communication channels: SMS, voice messages via WhatsApp, or email. We will strive to respond as quickly as possible to communications received through these channels to ensure the continuity of your support. 

Non-Provision Clause in Case of Lack of Information 

At the end of the initial 3-month coaching period, it is imperative that the client provide all the information required by the coaching team to continue the service. If this information is not received within the 3-month period, we reserve the right to withhold the ordered service and consider the contract terminated. In this case, no refund or credit will be issued to the client for any fees already paid.

It is the client's responsibility to ensure that all necessary information is provided in a timely manner to allow for the continuity of coaching services.
